FCB was founded in 1993 on the premise that individuals and small and medium-size businesses were underserved by large traditional banks. Since then, they have maintained their philosophy of local bank decision-making and personalized service as the driving force of their business.
However, the FCB website did not properly reflect the superior services offered by the bank. It was hard to maintain and support, the design was not flexible, and it was not WCAG 2.0-accessible, meaning it was not optimized for use by people with disabilities and physical or sensory limitations.
Intellithought built a new website that met all of their needs. The site was designed and developed in a way that maximized FCB’s current marketing efforts.
