Intellithought provides two career tracks for prospective candidates.Direct Hire
As our business grows, we add direct hire employees to our team. These employees receive our full benefits package. Because teamwork is much more than just a word at Intellithought, we carefully consider both our business needs and the characteristics of candidates. We have a great track record for identifying people who will fit with the team.
Resource Pool
In 2004, we developed a new business framework, which we call the Resource Pool, consisting of independent contractors and temp-to-hire individuals. This allows Intellithought to respond more quickly to demands of our clients in situations where our staff is over-allocated. Another advantage of the Resource Pool is that it enables us to better understand which candidates might be ideal to join the Intellithought team as direct hire employees.
The Resource Pool provides advantages to prospective candidates as well. Often, talented individuals seek part-time or work-from-home projects rather than a full-time position. The Resource Pool gives them the flexibility of working around their current schedule. Our Resource Pool is an ideal project pipeline for these individuals.
